Dawn Holland is the Betty Ford staffer who was allegedly attacked by Lindsay Lohan after the rehabbed star returned back to the center after curfew.
She had originally called police, informing them that she was attacked. Later on, she said that she didn’t want to press charges against Lindsay, after it came to light that Lindsay would do a photo opp with her for $10,000 cash.
Now that the D.A. has said that they have insufficient evidence to charge Lindsay, Dawn is speaking out. She says that Lindsay should’ve been charged with a crime.
In a new interview, Dawn said that she’s “disappointed, but not surprised”, adding that it’s “not fair”.
