Justin Bieber is headed back to court! As if enough people didn’t despise Biebs – now he has offended the Jewish community and is being accused of dishing out anti-Semitic hate. Remember Justin Bieber’s infamous egg-throwing scandal of 2014? Well, even though Biebs has already paid $80,000 in damages to his neighbor Jeff Schwartz for the incident, the victim of Justin’ egg-hurling assault is taking him back to court and suing him for “terrorizing him” and being responsible for Schwartz being called “little Jew boy” by Bieber’s employee.
According to the official lawsuit documents obtained by TMZ, “Schwartz claims on Memorial Day weekend of 2013, Bieber was speeding around the neighborhood in his Ferrari. Schwartz and a friend walked over to Bieber and told him to stop because he was putting lives at risk. He claims Bieber’s bodyguards then came out and one of them called him a “little Jew boy,” and repeatedly said, “What are you going to do about it, Jew boy?” In the lawsuit Schwartz also claims that Justin and his team called his wife and daughter obscenities and he is suing for emotional distress.
There is no news yet on how much money Jeff Schwartz is trying to get from Justin Bieber in his newest lawsuit, but considering the fact that he claimed his front door was worth $80,000 – we’re going to assume he values his emotional distress well in the six or seven figures. Justin Bieber has a special talent when it comes to offending people or rubbing them the wrong way, but he may have finally bitten off more than he could chew by taking on the entire Jewish Community. Anti-Semitic slurs are not taken too kindly in Hollywood or anywhere else – and the few celebrities that didn’t despise Justin Bieber, probably do now.
Do you think Jeff Schwartz’s lawsuit will stand up in court? How do you think the Jewish Community will react to the allegations against Bieber? Will he issue another apology statement, or is it too little too late? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
