General Hospital Spoilers: Tuesday, November 24 Recap - Lulu Collapses - Britt Rats Julian to Sonny - Brando Crushed Over Dev’s Death

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, November 24, reveal that Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) cried as she sat with Dante Falconeri (Dominick Zamprogna) in the ER cubicle where Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) died just minutes earlier.

Lulu was beside herself, and Dante comforted her saying that Dustin’s last words were about her. Dante handed Lulu the engagement ring, saying that Dustin wanted her to have it.

Lulu said that the whole thing seemed to be in slow motion – one minute, Dustin was asking her to marry him, and the next everything went haywire. Dante said that Lulu was in shock and that he was going to go light a fire under the doctors to come examine her. Lulu said that she just had a headache.

Meanwhile, Julian Jerome (William deVry) watched from afar at the blast site as Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) hugged Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), who said that Danny Morgan (Porter Fasullo) was over at the Q mansion.

Julian gently put Danny’s hat down on the ground and walked off. Jason watched ominously as Julian walked away.

Sam asked about how everyone was, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) said that Dev Corbin aka Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) didn’t make it. Sam asked Jason why he hadn’t called her after the explosion, and Jason said that he was out dealing with some business and that his phone had died.

Elsewhere, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) got updates from the Fire Chief. Peter August (Wes Ramsey) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) rushed up and learned from Mac that Lulu and Dustin were inside The Floating Rib at the time of the explosion.

Mac said that Lulu was ok, but that Dustin was taken out on a stretcher. Maxie took off immediately for the hospital.

Sonny and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) looked at the rubble, and Sonny lamented about how Dev had crossed half the globe by himself to be part of their family. “It’s not supposed to end like this,” Sonny said, while Carly comforted him.

A bit later, Sonny walked up to Mac and Peter and said that he lost Dev in the explosion. “Maybe it was an accident, maybe it wasn’t. I’d appreciate it if you tell me what you find out,” Sonny said.

Sonny then rejoined Carly, Jason, and Sam. Jason said that he needed to go to the hospital. Sam asked if it had something to do with Sonny and Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Jason said that he’d explain everything later.

Peter and Mac then encountered Dante Falconeri (Dominick Zamprogna), who was saying “complete the mission” to himself in his head as he looked out at the rubble.

Dante shared that Dustin didn’t make it, and Peter was horrified. Dante made a crack about how good people like Dustin were taken, yet those who deserve a lot worse are walking around alive and well.

Mac walked off, and Peter asked Dante if he missed being a part of the action. “No, I’ve got other uses for my skill set,” Dante said.

Meanwhile, over at Sam’s place, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) drank together for a bit, then Valentin got Alexis involved in a game where they one-upped each other with bad things that had happened in their lives.

Sam walked in and was appalled to find her mother drinking and Valentin apparently encouraging it. Sam went upstairs while Valentin and Alexis played more of their game, and when Sam came downstairs, Alexis was asleep on the couch.

Valentin took off after a couple snarky remarks from Sam, and Sam covered Alexis with a blanket. Sam then tried to call Jason, but she got voicemail.

Back at the hospital, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) woke up after a nightmare that someone was killing him. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) comforted her friend, but Brad remained agitated and was afraid that Cyrus’ people would finish the job they started. Britt said that she’d find a way to keep Brad safe.

Britt went out into the hallway and ran into Lucas Jones (Matt Trudeau), informing him about Brad’s brush with death. Elsewhere, Cyrus and Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) rushed into the ER.

Cyrus got updates from Portia Robinson (Brooke Kerr) and he told Brando that he needed to know who survived and who didn’t. Brando looked on his phone and saw one confirmed death, but there was no name listed.

Maxie rushed into see Lulu, who told her that Dustin was gone. Lulu cried that when she met with Dustin tonight, she was going to tell him that they needed to take a step back, but then Dustin asked her to marry him.

Lulu said that she loved Dustin, but that she was going to say no. Maxie urged Lulu to tell Dante how she feels about him because nothing in life is certain.

Back in Brad’s room, Lucas walked in and examined Brad’s chart. Brad just wanted Lucas to look at him, but Lucas was hesitant to do so. Lucas finally looked at Brad, but then a nurse came in and said that Lucas was needed in the ER. Lucas took off, leaving Brad upset.

In the ER, Carly, Jason, and Sonny walked in, just as Cyrus and Brando were coming down the staircase. Cyrus did a double take when he saw Jason walking by, and Carly noticed.

Jason and Sonny went into the chapel, where Britt was waiting. Jason explained that Britt called him away from The Floating Rib tonight to give him some information.

“Tell him what you told me,” Jason instructed Britt. Britt said that when Brad and Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) switched babies, they were working alone, but later Brad had help with the coverup. “I need a name,” Sonny said. “Julian Jerome,” Britt replied. Sonny looked at Jason.

Britt went on, saying that Brad was stabbed in Pentonville and that he’s claiming Cyrus did it and that the only person who would want him dead is Julian. Britt left, and Sonny and Jason figured that Cyrus must have gone after Brad as a favor to Julian. Sonny lit a candle for Dev, and Jason said that he’d go find Julian.

Elsewhere, Carly approached Sonny and Brando, noting that Cyrus seemed pretty surprised to see Sonny and Jason. Carly then wanted to speak to Brando alone, and Brando said that whatever Carly had to say could be said in front of Cyrus.

Carly told Brando that Dev was gone, and Brando was horrified and stunned. Cyrus walked off, and Carly and Brando talked lovingly about Dev while Cyrus watched from afar.

Cyrus found Portia wanting updates on the latest casualties. Portia scoffed that she was trying to save lives, and that every life was precious. After Portia walked off, Cyrus said, “I can think of an exception.”

Sonny then joined Carly and Brando, and Brando got back to Cyrus. Carly told Sonny that Cyrus was very surprised to see him and Jason. “Is that right?” Sonny said, also noting that Jason was out getting answers about Julian.

Britt went back to Brad’s room, where she said that she made a deal with Sonny, offering him information in exchange for protection. “I told him about Julian,” Britt said. Brad freaked out, wondering how Lucas would take it if Sonny killed his father.

Back in the chapel, Lulu was sitting silently and holding her head when Dante came in. Lulu looked like she was in pain, and Dante said that he had received her text. “Have you been checked out?” Dante asked.

But Lulu wanted to say something, and as she appeared to be in obvious pain, she whispered, “I love you,” and then collapsed in Dante’s arms.

At the pier, Ava Jerome (Maura West) met with an agitated Julian, who wanted her to take him to Wyndemere and hide him. “I’m a dead man if you don’t hide me,” Julian insisted.

Ava guessed that Cyrus must have called in his marker, and Julian explained all about how he was supposed to kill Jason with a bomb, but the bomb went off when the restaurant was full of people.

Julian explained how Dev had died that night, and Ava was horrified. Ava said that if she helped Julian and Sonny found out, then she could kiss Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) goodbye.

Julian got a text from Cyrus saying, “We need to talk,” and again Julian urged Ava to help him. “You are all I have left,” Julian said.

Finally, back at the blast site, Mac got the preliminary report from the investigation from the Fire Chief. Mac looked at the paper, looked up, and said, “Damn, someone did this on purpose.”
