The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will face total agony after the truth about his night with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) comes out. Liam may lose both Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and any shot at a Steffy reunion.
After all, Steffy has a perfectly good love interest in John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) – a character who was specifically created to be Steffy’s new man. Meanwhile, we’ve got Hope and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), who have smoking hot chemistry that B&B needs to capitalize on.
It’s Liam who has no sense of direction or purpose without Hope and Steffy to mistreat. Liam might end up wandering aimlessly – looking for any source of comfort he can find.
Since Liam turned to tequila after mistakenly assuming Hope betrayed him, it’s easy to imagine Liam getting truly plastered once he’s dumped and alone.
Could Liam make another drunken mistake? Who might Liam’s next hookup partner be? We can think of one fantastic option if The Bold and the Beautiful has the guts to go for it. B&B fans know there’s another character who canvas who’s on the outs with her main squeeze.
Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) desperately wants another chance with Eric Forrester (John McCook), who definitely still loves and misses his wife. However, there’s no guarantee that Eric and Quinn will be able to figure out a path forward – at least not yet.
B&B viewers may remember the time Quinn kidnapped Liam, who had amnesia from a head injury. Quinn convinced Liam they were “Adam” and “Eve” – just two lovebirds living in their own little cabin paradise!
Scott Clifton has repeatedly praised that storyline as one of his favorites in interviews, so here’s an opportunity to revisit it – at least in a way.
Liam and Quinn would make excellent drunken hookup partners if they cross paths during a period of mutual heartache. It’d be pretty easy for B&B to set this up since Liam will seek support from Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) in the months ahead.
Liam might stop by to lean on Wyatt one evening and end up leaning on Quinn instead. Quinn could lean on Liam as well and one thing could lead to another – as it obviously tends to do with Liam!
It’s worth mentioning that there’ll be a mystery for Wyatt and Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) to solve soon. What if Flo and Wyatt suspect Quinn slept with a mystery man? Can you imagine Wyatt’s reaction if he did some digging and found out it was Liam?!
That sounds like some soapy good TV, so it’s worth considering the idea that Liam and Quinn might reconnect for a drunken night together. We’ll bring you updates as other B&B news comes in.
