General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, March 27, teases that Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will quiz Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) about where she’s going with Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay), but Esme will probably try to sell a bogus story.
Although Esme might claim she was just going to get some air, Cameron may suspect she was trying to vanish with the baby.
Over with Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett), he’ll shock Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) by showing his appreciation.
Marshall will apparently thank Spencer for stepping up for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) lately, so Spencer will admit he’s surprised.
It’s clear that Marshall would prefer a different beau for Trina, but he’ll accept that Trina’s fallen for Spencer and warn him not to wreck things between them.
Trina will be prepared to play peacemaker, but it doesn’t sound like she’ll have to do much work since Marshall will be mostly cordial with Spencer.
At Charlie’s Pub, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will get everything set up for Cameron’s farewell party and will talk about how much she’s going to miss him.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will understand and pivot to Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) since Liz sold him out to the PCPD.
Although Laura may not hold Elizabeth responsible, she might wonder if Liz is genuinely out of the loop on Nikolas’ current location or if she might be covering for him again.
However, Elizabeth doesn’t have a clue what happened to Nikolas and may convince Laura that’s true.
GH fans know Nikolas is secretly in a coma and on life support, but Laura and Liz will remain in the dark for now.
Afterward, Liz may need some reassurance from Laura when it comes to Epiphany Johnson’s (Sonya Eddy) lack of support.
Epiphany didn’t send a letter to back Elizabeth up in her ethics committee meeting, so Liz will fear there’s more to Epiphany’s silence than simply being busy.
Sadly, something must’ve happened to Epiphany during her visit to Johns Hopkins.
Elizabeth will get some crushing updates on Epiphany’s demise within the next couple episodes, so grief will hit hard.
Since the Nurses Ball is rapidly approaching, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will hope she can count on Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) to pitch in.
Josslyn will insist she’s on board and will eventually get roped into pulling off an act with Trina.
Since Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) knows it’s risky to be seen with Josslyn, he’ll meet with her discreetly and offer all the latest mob developments.
Back with Spencer, he’ll get ready to say goodbye to Cameron at his bash, but they’ll make time to discuss Esme.
Perhaps Cam will rat Esme out for nearly fleeing with Ace and sound the alarm to Spencer about her being a flight risk.
While Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) contemplate their future together, Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) will fear her own life will be cut short.
Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will examine the necklace forgery with Eileen present, but an issue with the coordinates will leave him scratching his head and suspicious of what Eileen’s hiding.
