In tonight’s Big Brother episode there was a downside to the Murder Mystery theme this season. They have to deal with mysteries all the time. This included the latest one in which they were told that the season’s villain known as “the Mastermind” has an accomplice in the house.
Now, the houseguests were so suspicious of each other that it might come in the way of friendships and most importantly alliances. Vince was HOH this week. He had to deal with the chaos of this accomplice business. Their thoughts on who the accomplice might be could result in a seventeenth houseguest joining the house. And he couldn’t afford to add people in the game.
Not when the point was taking everyone else down. Not when that seventeenth person was Rachel Reilly. She was Big Brother Royalty. She’s already won a season and was a serious threat. They were so scared of her joining that they desperately looked for the accomplice. Some thought it was Rylie.
Rylie was using the bathroom when the lights went out and someone stole the relic. Rylie has been telling people he thinks its Zae. Zae was sitting closest to the relic when the lights went out. Zae was the first to throw Rylie’s name out there as well.
Lauren was also running around telling people that she thinks the accomplice is a woman. Rachel was a woman and she didn’t think an additional woman would be brought in unless another woman left. The house was torn between the guys. No one took Lauren’s theory seriously.
The overwhelming vote was that Rylie was the accomplice and they were wrong. He was later vindicated. Rylie was going to be upset about that one. He literally said at one point that he wasn’t the accomplice and most didn’t believe him.
Keanu accused him of acting. Bad acting, no less! The real accomplice had zero votes and turned out to be Amy. Lauren was right that it was a woman.
The house was too busy focusing on the guys that Amy skated through like nothing. There were now seventeen houseguests because Amy successfully pulled everything off. The house might also turn against Rylie because he was angry with them and they weren’t sure if he was going to try for revenge now. It will complicate things even further for the poor guy who really telling the truth the whole time.
The houseguests don’t really know each other that much. Its why it was so easy to turn against each other. They didn’t have a big introduction until after they got stuck at seventeen.
Once, they got to know each other, Amy came in handy again. Amy started matchmaking. She was asking who was single. She was getting a feel of them. There were a lot of beautiful people in the house and some of their interests aligned. Keanu found someone else interested in Dungeons and Dragons. Rylie’s country charm also came to be appreciated by at least one person.
Then there were the Have Nots. The Have Nots were safe this week. They also got to sleep in the Have Not room. Rachel was a Have Not. She got to pick someone who picked someone who someone who picked someone. In all, Rachel along with Will, Zach, and Ava were selected. They were safe.
They also got to see the Have Not Room. It was the worst room in the house. They didn’t have real beds. The beds were shaped in those drawings made in caulk of a human outline. Poor Zach couldn’t fit on that bed.
Will has slept in tougher spots. Rachel was willing to do anything to win. Ava said the cuts out reminded her of her boyfriend back home. Though naturally people were gunning for Rachel. They couldn’t get her week one. Jimmy wanted her to be the target for week two.
Jimmy works in DC. He was used to politics and whipping the votes. He wanted Rachel out and he was already laying the groundwork for it tonight. Ava agreed with him. She was the hippie who could read auras. And even she was saying Rachel was too big of a threat to ignore.
Zach also got a secret power. He learned that he could give the ten grand that he won to the HOH to buy safety. It was a one way transaction. Meaning the HOH couldn’t turn it down. They had to accept the money. Zach could potentially give up up ten grand at the chance of winning nearly a million. So, time will tell if he could perhaps hold onto to both or none. Zach wasn’t the only one with a great gift. The HOH room was revealed. Vince has a great bedroom with his own bathroom and shower. It beats living at his parents’ house in his childhood bedroom. He was so happy.
Vince made the mistake of offering his private shower to the others. Most at least tried to be considerate. Ashely didn’t have that problem. She took an extra long shower late at night and everyone talked about it. They thought it was inconsiderate to keep Vince up late at night. He was doing Ashley the favor. She could have showered earlier or used the communal showers if she wanted a late night shower. Well, the shower business took off after Ashely was asked if Vinny got a chance at the shower first and it turns out Ashley beat him to his own shower.
The person that asked that question was Katherine. She wasn’t hating. She didn’t discuss it with anyone. She asked the question admittedly in front of others and it became a thing. Ashley found it was a thing. She confronted Kat. Kat had no problem with her until then. She felt like Ashely was trying to intimidate her and if so it backfired. This shower business was hot gossip. It even came up during the eviction nomination. Ashley was the name that majority were throwing out because they couldn’t believe she would pull a stunt night one.
The fitness bros were starting to work out together. People were starting to bond. Vince had to nominate three people rather than just two. Zae was an easy choice. There were plenty that still thought he was the accomplice. Zae already received votes. It’s why he didn’t want to be a pawn. He wanted Ashley to go on the block. Something Vince didn’t want to do at first because they made an agreement. They agreed that the four people tried out for the HOH wouldn’t nominate each other. And Ashley was the one that didn’t trust that agreement.
There were plenty of people wanting to talk to Vince before the nomination. Ashley kept trying to cut in line to talk to him and put the shower thing to rest. It was clear that nothing Vince said would reassure her. It made him realize that she doesn’t trust him or his word and that made him want to stop working with her. Vince then had Zae and Ashley in his head. Amy sorta put herself up on the block. She tried to vouch for Ashley because they were friends. Vince didn’t want her as an enemy if he sent Ashley home. And so later he nominated her with Ashley and Zae.
