The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, May 28, reveal that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) will make a bold move while Diane Jenkins Abbott’s (Susan Walters) anxiety skyrockets.
First, Claire and Kyle will focus on their plot to win Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) over.
Kyle has some doubts about this plan paying off, but he’ll prepare to make a bold move anyway with Claire’s help.
If Kyle can pull off a grand gesture at Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) birthday party, it could go a long way toward changing Victor’s mind about him – at least that’s what Claire thinks!
However, that may be wishful thinking, especially since Victor is scheming with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) to tear Kyle and Claire apart.
While Kyle and Claire concentrate on the next steps of their Victor operation, Victor will be busy giving Nikki another present.
This might have something to do with a party planner named Pietro (Jai Rodriguez), who’s set to make his debut in Wednesday’s Y&R episode.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will have high hopes for this bash, so Pietro will give her plenty of reassurance about it being a legendary event to remember.
Meanwhile, Diane’s anxiety should be through the roof as she gets ready to show Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) the Abbott mansion renovations.
Traci will initially be left speechless over Diane’s new designs, but she’ll probably admit she loves the changes sooner or later.
Although Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) wasn’t a fan of the mansion updates, Traci may agree with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) about Diane keeping the integrity and spirit of the familiar house intact.
Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will have a chance to weigh in on the renovations at some point as well, but Diane may be worried for nothing!
Diane did a great job despite Billy’s complaints, so let’s hope both Traci and Ashley give her some well-deserved praise following their homecoming.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Diane will have a lot more to be concerned about once Victor makes some big power plays, so bad news is brewing!
