General Hospital Tuesday, January 20 Update: Willow Plays Innocent, Liz & Lucas’ Critical Patient, Chase Decks Michael

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, January 20, reveals that Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) will play innocent while Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) deal with a critical patient. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will also deck Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), so let’s discuss what’s in store on the ABC soap.

For starters, WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) will have some new orders to pass along.

This could spell disaster for Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) romance, but there’ll be a little more fun for the duo in the meantime.

When Jason pops up at the hospital, Britt will catch Jason off guard with a surprise of some sort.

Jason and Britt may eventually have a make-out session since she won their bet and gets to decide when she collects her winning kiss.

At some point, Elizabeth and Lucas will work on a shocking new patient. Will Drew be the one who causes Liz and Lucas to leap into action?

Willow just injected Drew with something at their house, but she needs to call for paramedics or else it’s going to look suspicious.

Assuming this ordeal is actually happening and not in Willow’s imagination, Drew should be rushed to GH.

It might happen sooner than Willow planned if a visitor shows up and she’s forced to pretend she’s a distraught wife.

Whatever the case, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will eventually speak with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) about karma taking care of Drew.

It sounds like Drew may land in critical condition thanks to whatever was in the syringe Willow stuck him with.

Of course, Willow won’t want to make herself look guilty, so maybe she gave Drew something to make it seem like there was a complication in his recovery.

Then again, Willow might’ve chosen ketamine if she wants to make Drew look like he’s an addict.

Regardless, Willow will have to play innocent and pretend she’s terrified that Drew won’t ever wake up.

In reality, Willow would be thrilled with that outcome, but a coma is also a possibility here.

Over with Ava Jerome (Maura Jerome), she’ll serve as Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) confidant.

It’ll be interesting to see if Trina spills anything that’s been happening with Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) or just sticks to her family’s drama.

Meanwhile, Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) will shut down Isaiah Gannon’s (Sawandi Wilson) attempt to infiltrate the inner circle.

Isaiah may want updates on Trina’s fractured relationship with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), but Stella won’t offer any news since Isaiah isn’t part of the family.

Next, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will interrogate ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) about whether she plans to target Michael with a deeper investigation.

Turner may confirm that she is, but Sonny will make it clear that would be a “big mistake.”

While Sonny threatens Turner, Michael will goad Chase into punching him at the Quartermaine mansion.

After Michael hints about Chase cheating with Willow soon, he’ll push Chase too far and launch a physical confrontation.

General Hospital spoilers say Chase and Michael will finally let all their aggression out, so don’t miss all the excitement!
