General Hospital (GH) recap for Wednesday, March 11, reveals that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) had a surprising injury while Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) needed some urgent help.
Another suspicious clue emerged regarding Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) as well, so here’s how Wednesday’s episode played out.
At Charlie’s Pub, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) regained consciousness and assured Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) that she was fine.
Molly explained that endometriosis was the reason for her fainting spell, but Cody still wanted her to get checked out at GH.
Once Dr. Frida Navarro (Christina Ferarro) examined Molly and ran some tests, she suggested maybe it was time to revisit other options like surgery.
Molly tabled the discussion for now and vowed to make a follow-up appointment.
After Cody quizzed Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and got some news related to endometriosis, Molly reconvened with him.
Cody wanted to take care of Molly, but she just wanted to go home for now.
Meanwhile, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) took Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) call about hopefully scheduling another date before finding Dante with a dog bite in an exam room.
Dante had been taking Fizz for a walk and got distracted, so he’d been injured while trying to separate Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) tiny dog from a fight with a larger one.
After Dante admitted he was distracted because of Nathan and Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) budding relationship, he tried to make sense of his feelings.
Dante wondered if maybe part of him felt like he’d lost his last chance with Lulu.
However, Dante ultimately decided to let Lulu move on with Nathan and advised Liz to be careful when it came to revisiting her romance with Ric.
At Lulu’s place, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) arrived hoping that Lulu could dig up dirt on Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) since she needed leverage to get him out of Deception.
Lulu didn’t think Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) wanted her anywhere near the company or even Maxie herself.
After Lulu explained her romance with Nathan and Maxie’s negative reaction, Tracy pushed her to live life for herself.
Once Nathan took James West (Gary James Fuller) to the batting cages, James acknowledged that his mom and dad weren’t going to be married anymore.
Nathan insisted it was best for Maxie to stay with Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), which James was OK with since he’d known Spinelli his whole life and found him funny.
That said, James didn’t want Nathan to be lonely and wondered if he wanted a girlfriend.
Nathan was amused over James trying to set him up with one of his schoolmates’ moms and insisted there was no need to worry about him.
Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) eventually arrived for James’ batting lesson, but James kept pressuring Nathan to show off his skills.
James had heard Nathan used to be a power-hitter for the PCPD, but Nathan repeatedly tried to get out of swinging.
When James was insistent, Nathan finally took a swing and made a huge miss.
It seemed like another red flag to suggest that Nathan perhaps wasn’t quite the man he claims to be!
Lulu eventually got Nathan on the phone and made plans to see him later.
Next, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) found Emma struggling to play the guitar since she’d signed up for an elective music class.
Emma assumed she was going to fail since she’d missed classes while she was out of town and had fallen behind.
Gio gave Emma a private lesson before things took a passionate turn between them on the sofa.
At Bobbie’s, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was alarmed to learn Sonny was meeting with Ric, who was going to be handling Sonny’s criminal defense needs while Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) continued to handle other legal areas.
Alexis advised against this since Sonny would always have to wonder about Ric double-crossing him, but Ric assured Sonny that he wouldn’t and offered time to regain trust.
Sonny believed Ric was being straight with him, so the brothers remained on the right track.
Since ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) had a meeting with Alexis about a plea deal, she greeted Sonny briefly and kept it professional.
Sonny flashed back to his night with Justine before telling Ric he was going to keep his distance from her.
Across the restaurant, Justine surprised Alexis by being lenient when it came to the client’s plea deal.
After Justine recalled the risks of her encounter with Sonny, she acknowledged that everyone made mistakes.
General Hospital spoilers say Justine and Sonny may have more temptation in their future, so stay tuned.
