In tonight’s Survivor 50 episode, Dee was voted out on Day 15! It should’ve been the end of what happened during the tribal council. Yet, Tiffany was still ticked off.
She knew that four people voted her name and she hated that she couldn’t be openly upset about it. She instead had to play nice because she doesn’t know who those people are.
She knew that going off on people she suspects will only get her name written down at the next tribal. She instead played nice because she knew the rules of the show. There’s always a chance an enemy today could prove to be ally tomorrow.
It’s the fact that she didn’t get paranoid or pursue them that Ozzy felt comfortable enough to go to her. He confessed that he wrote her name down. He said he was sick of Coach running the game.
He was so angry at the last tribal that he put
her name down as a way to stick to someone else. He apologized for it. He also offered to work with her because he wanted Coach out. Tiffany wanted the same. She couldn’t wait to get Coach out and that’s why she agreed to work with Ozzy. He didn’t have to come clean to her. He could’ve kept that to himself while still offering to be in an alliance.
Technically, Ozzy was already in a seven person alliance with Coach. He didn’t care about that. Coach wears on his nerves and the others in the alliance feel the same way. Jonathan tried to talk to Coach about it.
He told him to ease up because Coach was practically bragging about getting out Dee. He said he runs this game. He decides who goes next. He had inflated ego.
He needed to come down a bit or he risked alienating his strong alliance. Jonathan told him to step back. Chrissy even told him to step back. Coach just couldn’t do it.
Coach began pushing for Tiffany. He wanted her to be voted out soon. He also didn’t want her to know she was a target and so he went to her. He talked to her.
He pretended to be all buddy buddy. He claimed he wanted Emily’s name to be written down. He said he never pushed for her name. She then came back then who did push for her.
Coach couldn’t say anything because he knew if it got out that he threw someone else under the bus that it would be his name getting written down. And so he stayed silent.
His silence alone proved to Tiffany that he was full of it. She knew right then and there that she couldn’t trust him. He also revealed with his silence that he was pushing for her name. Tiffany knew what was at risk before the next challenge. They were asked to dive themselves in pairs. The one person left over will sit out the game.
There were a lot of people that wanted to be left out. They had to draw numbers to decide the winner. Cirie won. She was left out and that meant she couldn’t be voted out at the next tribal.
The others split into pairs. Coach treated it like online dating before he got Chrissy. The pairs agreed to work together. Some of them fell apart when it came to the actual challenge. Coach and Chrissy for instance was the last team to finish the first obstacle on the course. It put them behind. They then made up the time in other obstacles
. Only it was Joe and Tiffany that got first place. They worked together really well. It bodes well for the future if they can continue to work together like they did at the challenge.
Ozzy and Stephanie were second. Devens and Aubrey came in third. They were the only spots so everyone else was left vulnerable. It was only the three teams that will continue on to the next challenge. Now, in the next challenge, they had to get that little ball out of the cage. It was the worse because people kept dropping the ball.
It was the case for Tiffany and Joe until suddenly they got their act together. They got the ball out. They then had to balance it through the maze. They were the first to complete the task.
They thereby won Immunity. Tiffany and Joe are safe at the next tribal. Tiffany being safe ruined Coach’s plan. Cirie meanwhile headed to Exile Island.
She came up to the beach where she saw it surrounded by coconuts. It must have taken the show’s people hours to put it everywhere on that beach. Cirie had to check all those coconuts in the heat for some kind of clue.
She also had a timer. It was a daunting task according to Cirie. She cried on that beach because checking coconuts in the heat was not easy.
Cirie eventually found the bird on the coconut. Her finding it meant she could participate at the next tribal. She was very much needed because two people will be getting voted out tonight. People had to choose a team. Christen knew he was safe because he was paired with Jonathan. Nobody has a problem with Jonathan.
Chrissy was very much worried because she had been paired with Coach and everyone had a problem with Coach. She practically begged him to lie low. She asked for no haikus or whatever crap he came up with.
Chrissy exiled Coach to the hammock. He had to stay there. He had to stay under the radar. He still came up with haikus in the hammock. He was merely saying them to himself now.
Then Cirie came back. Cirie changed the whole game. She wanted to take the wonderful chance of getting both Coach and Chrissy out because they were like the parents of their alliance.
Without them, the children will be lost. Chrissy also wanted to target Rizo and Rizo was secretly one of Cirie’s key allies. The only person against the plan was Joe.
Rizo knew they had to have Joe onboard or he’ll never work with them if they blindside him. Cirie tried talking to Joe. Joe seemed to have it out for Devens. He said the beef went back to the first day.
He also added that middle players can grow legs. He knew that Devens was great at getting an idol. He wasn’t wrong because he had a clue to an idol that he couldn’t reach until tribal.
He then got it at tribal. Or did he? He refused to show it so everyone knew there’s a chance it wasn’t an idol. Joe still refused to vote Coach’s name on principal.
And the idol wasn’t real. Devens never played it because it wasn’t real. Coach still played his shot in the dark. It deemed him not safe so every vote against him worked. He and Chrissy were eliminated tonight. The seven person alliance was now down to five.
THE END!
