The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) may make another horrible move after locking Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) up with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) in that storage closet.
Matt refused to let Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) come with them when he agreed to take Adam to Nick’s corpse.
Of course, Nick is alive, but Matt couldn’t resist messing with Adam and Chelsea about him dying of a drug overdose.
Unfortunately, Adam was led right into a trap based on the events that played out in Y&R’s April 16 episode.
Matt knocked Adam out and left him trapped with Nick, so it won’t be long until Chelsea realizes Matt’s got the upper hand on Adam, too.
Since Matt is a revolting person, we have no doubt that he’s going to taunt Chelsea and could perhaps make a disgusting demand.
After Chelsea starts ranting and insisting on seeing Adam, Matt may push for something in return.
It’s easy to imagine Matt playing up his suspicions that Adam and Riza Thomson (Tina Casciani) have been sizzling behind closed doors.
Matt may argue that Chelsea deserves the chance to sizzle behind Adam’s back too and try to get her into bed with him.
Chelsea’s feisty personality honestly seems to be turning Matt on since he called her “spicy” and appears to have done his research on her.
Plus, the idea of essentially forcing Chelsea into a bedroom session to free Adam seems in line with Matt’s repulsive behavior.
However, Chelsea may not surrender to Matt’s demand in the end.
We could certainly imagine Chelsea smacking Matt across the face and insisting she’ll find another way to get Adam back herself.
Matt might doubt that Chelsea can pull that off before time runs out for the Newman brothers, but she’ll have some help soon since Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will be on her way to Vegas.
Whatever the case, Matt will prove he’s as twisted as ever in the coming episodes, so stay tuned for any news on what that’ll mean for Chelsea.
